for commission inquiries, please look over the terms of service before submitting a form here with the following information.Name: Your name and the character name (if different/one exists)
Do you have an existing character or will you need me to design one?: If you have one, please include visual references, including special outfits, hairstyles, etc., of some kind. If you do not have a character, please include a moodboard with hair, outfit, color palette, facial features, etc. and a description of what you are wanting. This helps me determine if this is a character I can satisfactorily design/draw.
Do you already have a rigger? (only for vtuber models): If yes, please specify who. If no, I can recommend a rigger I have previously worked with. Preference will be given to those with a rigger in mind or to those who wish to go with my recommendation, as I can design/cut to their specifications as I draw the model (rather than afterwards).
Discord: Discord is needed for communication regarding progress, edits, etc.
Email: The email address to which I will send any invoicesrequests more likely to be accepted

terms of service

・ commissions are not first come first served.
・ emailing me does not mean I will accept your request.
・ you will only receive an email back if I can accept your request.
・ me accepting your request does not mean that you are required to move forward with the commission if you have changed your mind by that time.
・ model will not be started until the first payment is received.
・ all payments will be in USD via PayPal or Stripe invoice. invoices must be paid within 7 days unless we have set up a payment plan.
・ a deposit will be required for the first payment with the final amount to be paid by completion of the commission. the commission files (model psd, genshin png, etc.) will only be handed over when an invoice is fully paid.
・ refunds will not be given after a commission has started unless something causes me to be unable to complete it. continued nonpayment, rude behavior, or other issues caused by a client may result in commission termination with no refund if the model has passed concept/lineart stages.
・ major changes or requests will incur additional fees, especially late into the design process.
・ an estimated time line/schedule will be discussed with the client before the commission and payment is finalized. if a client wishes to use a payment plan rather than deposit/remaining amount payments, they should discuss it at this point.
・ for projects expected to take several weeks, progress updates including pictures will be given to client at regular intervals.
・ for vtuber models, the final ready-to-rig file will be sent directly to the client's rigger and ママ credit must be given to @zihua_vt. the psd file will only be sent to the client if they also purchased the psd file.
・ for character designs or illustrations, artist credit must be given to @zihua_vt.
・ client is not allowed to claim the work as their own.
・ client is not allowed to misrepresent the work as their own (ex. neglecting to credit zihua as ママ or artist).
・ client is not allowed to edit, modify, redistribute, or in any other similar way change the art or model without prior permission from zihua.
・ commissions will be displayed on this site in the portfolio. for vtuber models, they will not be publicly displayed until the client has revealed it on social media (unless the client gives permission to show in advance).
・ commissions may be streamed to my twitch channel; if the client wishes, they may elect to not have theirs worked on during stream.
